Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I was moving from 3 hours away and the staff was very helpful! Once I moved in my door was a little difficult to open, I called and right away someone was coming to help me! Every staff member I have encountered has been wonderful. My apartment is beautiful and perfect!
Very expensive and the heating and air blower seems to run all the time which cost in electrical fees. Lots of dogs and some cats running around. People are suppose to clean up after their pets and don't. Stairways had some messes in them and had to use the other stairs until they were cleaned. Parking was a problem on several occasions. Never enough places to park especially if people had visitors. Trash compactor was down a lot and trash would stack up. It's a nice place/community superficially. However, the new management/maintenance teams are not as prompt as the prior ones were when we moved in 2 years ago. Our A/C went out in June of 2023 and it has yet to get fixed. We have heard so many run-around excuses of why it's not happening and it is RIDICULOUS!!!
Great place. Dog friendly. Wish they had a dog park in the back. Would even pay to use it.
They just did a fire alarm without any warning. I have a cat who’s been diagnose with heart failure, epilepsy, and tore her ligament in her leg from the last fire alarm. At least the last fire alarm they gave a two day warning even though I wasn’t home because I was at a funeral for someone out of state. So they gave me too short of a warning the first time and no warning at all the second. To top it off, I am living with mold in my bathroom.
