No complaints. Have been here almost 3 years with my boyfriend with hardly any problems at all! We love to use the pool and gym! The team here does excellent at confronting problems right away! The neighbors have never bothered us. A great community to live in- quiet & pleasant!

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful! I was moving from 3 hours away and the staff was very helpful! Once I moved in my door was a little difficult to open, I called and right away someone was coming to help me! Every staff member I have encountered has been wonderful. My apartment is beautiful and perfect!

Very expensive and the heating and air blower seems to run all the time which cost in electrical fees. Lots of dogs and some cats running around. People are suppose to clean up after their pets and don't. Stairways had some messes in them and had to use the other stairs until they were cleaned. Parking was a problem on several occasions. Never enough places to park especially if people had visitors. Trash compactor was down a lot and trash would stack up. Used to live there in 2022 bad mgmt that got fired and scammed me after we lived and never paid the lawyer. Terrible… I heard the new mgmt is better.

It's a nice place/community superficially. However, the new management/maintenance teams are not as prompt as the prior ones were when we moved in 2 years ago. Our A/C went out in June of 2023 and it has yet to get fixed. We have heard so many run-around excuses of why it's not happening and it is RIDICULOUS!!!
