I had prompt service, actually within two hours of calling. Jeremy came to the house, professional and very friendly. He checked everything out and my problem was not a major issue. Air stopped working and they showed up. It was pouring rain out side and Randy worked non stop through it all. Very knowledgeable and ready available. He not only fixed the problem but took the time to check everything else to make sure my unit will continue running on into the future.
