This month (April), I've had Premier Heating and Air come twice for AC issues. My unit is 17 years old. Jeff Hurt (1st time) and now, Jacob Rider, had to add freon, which meant there was a leak. I'm getting a quote for a new unit today. These two technicians are very professional and helpful. Jacob was an installer when we first purchased the unit 17 years ago. I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the front office to the technicians are wonderful.
Our Technician Jeff Hurt was EXCELLENT! He installed our new Google Nest Thermostat and helped me to program the unit and made sure everything was working properly. Best money I have spent this. Jeff's Customer Service and knowledge of how to get it done was perfect. Thank you Premier Heating & Air!!!

A day late but still had to come and give a review. I have been with Premier Heating & Air for 2 years now and I have to say they have been absolutely wonderful. From the very John, Matthew, Josh and Jeff they have been absolutely the best. Even to and I hope I am getting her name right Betty as I am bad with names lol. Called Premier this morning and they were able to fit me in same day. Shawn Jones was our technician. He was very friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem and swapped the part in less than 30 minutes. No nonsense company. Would highly recommend!
