I've used this company multiple times over the yeara. Last year they replaced a unit that has been running beautifully. This year they did repairs at a different location. Joseph W was so easy to work with. He communicated well, explained the problems thoroughly and went above to provide great customer service.
Joseph from Premier Air just left my house with now working AC again! So professional and was willing to share with me what he was doing, looking for, different possible solutions and polite the whole time. I couldn't believe how fast he fixed everything, looking at both my units inside and out, all while not rushing. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Joseph at Premier Air.. if he's a sign of all their technicians, no matter who helps you you are in good hands.
Technician Jeff Hurt came out to our home and diagnosed a refrigerant leak in our HVAC system. He then performed the repair which entailed a solder braze and system recharge. He was very transparent about the costs involved and professional throughout the work. I appreciated talking with him and his answering all my questions. Been using Premier for many years (going back to when they were Sullivan Heating and Air) and highly recommend them.
Our Technician Jeff Hurt was EXCELLENT! He installed our new Google Nest Thermostat and helped me to program the unit and made sure everything was working properly. Best money I have spent this. Jeff's Customer Service and knowledge of how to get it done was perfect. Thank you Premier Heating & Air!!!
A day late but still had to come and give a review. I have been with Premier Heating & Air for 2 years now and I have to say they have been absolutely wonderful. From the very John, Matthew, Josh and Jeff they have been absolutely the best. Even to and I hope I am getting her name right Betty as I am bad with names lol.
