A day late but still had to come and give a review. I have been with Premier Heating & Air for 2 years now and I have to say they have been absolutely wonderful. From the very John, Matthew, Josh and Jeff they have been absolutely the best. Even to and I hope I am getting her name right Betty as I am bad with names lol. Kevin came out for a service call to check why my AC wasn't turning on. He was very friendly and polite on the ph and and when he arrived. He asked me again what the issue was upon arrival to ensure understood the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, told me price, completed the work,and showed me what he did. I highly recommend keeping Kevin on your team!!
Mr.Jacob Rider & his assistant did an amazing job. My air went out over the weekend & having 3 small toddlers called first thing this morning to have it inspected. They came out ,found the issue & was fixed same day in the rain! First time using this company & won't be the last! Will recommend them to anyone.Good communication & fast efficient service even down to the lady who took my info over the phone thank you too.
