Best local AC company! They are super nice and efficient. We've had a great experience with them every time. We use them for all our AC needs, whether it is installing a new AC unit to regular maintenance to duct cleaning. Highly recommend them! And a shout out to AC tech Joseph White who was extremely helpful and thorough with our routine yearly maintenance for our AC. Keep up the great work guys!

I recently became an amputee and my son, and I both told the gentleman that is why I was in bed, and they were very understanding about it. As for their work. My bedroom door happens to go straight out to the hallway where I would see the guys going back-and-fourth and up/down the ladder. Therefore, I was able to ask any questions that I felt were necessary. They had no problem answering mine right away. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Great customer service. They worked with me to get my new unit installed quickly. My old unit was over 16 years old and the duct work needed some repairs too. It wasn’t cheap but, it was the best price I received. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.
We signed up for Premier’s $99 annual membership, including one annual service “checkup”,” plus discounts on parts including refrigerant. Jacob was our tech yesterday, and the only words I can think of to describe his work are meticulous and thoroughly professional. We have a top-of-the-line Trane heat pump system, and he’s our Trane specialist! Premier has our business as long as we continue to get the outstanding service we’ve received so far. Hats off to their entire team! ,
