Gregory Grimes was very professional and answered any questions that I would ask. This is the second time he has been out to do inspections and both times were outstanding jobs. Outside unit was cleaned up really nice.
Premier works hard to keep us comfortable. Our technician Anthony is thorough, kind, and willing to spend time explaining what’s going on. We had a part go out on our unit, and he did a great job of getting it taken care of! We’re sure thankful for them!
Kevin is the best employee working with this company and and has the best customer service for a wonderful visit to complete our unit service care. He was very knowledgeable about our policy and unit maintenance work; the complete service work was excellent. He was great. Did his work fast and he explained to me what I needed to keep my air condition unit safe. I need this surge but I was looking at it as I just paid $400 and something dollars and 3 weeks ago and now I'm having to pay $300 and something dollars today and my answer were why but you did a great job and he did it fast and he explained to me about the surge that I need to protect my unit but all I was only thinking about me having to pay $700 and something dollars in 3 weeks.
