Kevin is the best employee working with this company and and has the best customer service for a wonderful visit to complete our unit service care. He was very knowledgeable about our policy and unit maintenance work; the complete service work was excellent. I had my regular maintenance check performed yesterday. My technician, Kevin was very professional and personable. He did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. I'd give him ten stars if I could. He is the prime example of what excellent customer service is like.
You can count on premier heating and air. I love being a preferred customer. They will come out even on a Sunday afternoon. Been a preferred customer for over 10 years and they have great customer service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. I give Kevin Daniel an A+. He is most qualified (he knows his job and he knows the equipment). And as an added bonus he is so courteous and friendly, you feel at ease with him in your home. Great company. Great service.

Hunter Kirby did an outstanding job working on my system. Not only was he incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but he was also super kind and sweet throughout the entire process.
