You can count on premier heating and air. I love being a preferred customer. They will come out even on a Sunday afternoon. Been a preferred customer for over 10 years and they have great customer service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. I give Kevin Daniel an A+. He is most qualified (he knows his job and he knows the equipment). And as an added bonus he is so courteous and friendly, you feel at ease with him in your home. Great company. Great service.
Hunter Kirby did an outstanding job working on my system. Not only was he incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but he was also super kind and sweet throughout the entire process. Mr. Cody Harrell, presented himself professionally. He informed me throughout the service call. Our system had a leak, so immediately I saw dollars flying out the windows. However, Mr. Harrell presented options and what was best for the system and for us. Also at the start of the winter season. Mr. Harrell also informed us that our system did not have a surge protector. That's our next task along with yearly maintenance. Thanks Mr. Harrell you are an asset to you company and the profession.
