The crew that came out did an excellent job. They executed everything thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves—I didn’t have to do much at all. They walked me through everything, showed me what I needed to see, and explained each step clearly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Gregory Grimes was very professional and answered any questions that I would ask. This is the second time he has been out to do inspections and both times were outstanding jobs. Outside unit was cleaned up really nice.
Kevin is the best employee working with this company and and has the best customer service for a wonderful visit to complete our unit service care. He was very knowledgeable about our policy and unit maintenance work; the complete service work was excellent. Anthony was very informative and did a great job at explaining an additional part that was needed on our AC unit. He represented Premier with a great attitude and professionalism. I would recommend this company and service man in a heartbeat!
He was great. Did his work fast and he explained to me what I needed to keep my air condition unit safe. I need this surge but I was looking at it as I just paid $400 and something dollars and 3 weeks ago and now I'm having to pay $300 and something dollars today and my answer were why but you did a great job and he did it fast and he explained to me about the surge that I need to protect my unit but all I was only thinking about me having to pay $700 and something dollars in 3 weeks.
