The crew that came out did an excellent job. They executed everything thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves—I didn’t have to do much at all. They walked me through everything, showed me what I needed to see, and explained each step clearly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Special thanks to Hunter and his team, as well as Jason. I’m very grateful for their hard work.
Gregory Grimes was very professional and answered any questions that I would ask. This is the second time he has been out to do inspections and both times were outstanding jobs. Outside unit was cleaned up really nice.
I’m giving three stars because they would not send someone out until talking with my mother who owns the property. We rent from her and she works out of state in the Union. Said it was against policy. That’s great but meanwhile my 3 year old is sitting in the heat in the middle of June miserable. I called them first thing in the morning at 8:50 when I noticed the air wasn’t coming on. Because of this policy that I’m not even sure exists, they didn’t send someone out until 12:00. Maintenance visit and everything was fine. The two technicians were friendly and prompt. The only comment that I really want to make is that I think they should leave the property when finished and not sit in the driveway doing their report. For women who are home alone this does not give off a comfortable vibe. I would suggest they go to a public parking lot to sit to do the necessary paperwork especially when they are training someone and more time is needed.
Jason Soles did my air maintenance check today, He was so nice and helpful on the questions I asked. He checked off on everything in a timely manner. They are a wonderful caring company who looks out for their customers. BECoody
