They were prompt to arrive during the arrival window. They laid down drop cloths to protect the floors. They were very respectful and knowledgeable about the system. They explained the process in terms we could easily understand. They were communicative throughout the day of work and completed the work quicker than expected.
We had to have our outside unit replaced and contacted Premier. They sent over Matt, who was great at providing us with a personalized plan for our whole system and helped us find financing that was perfect for us. Technicians Dylan and Kendal came a couple days later and installed our new system. The new system was installed with much higher professionalism and more care than our previous system. I had my HVAC system installed by Austin C. & Branson T. today. They were polite, considerate of my home by covering their shoes at all times and protecting my carpet from debris. Austin took the time to answer my questions, explain how the system worked, and helped me set up the App. They worked nonstop from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00p.m. which I think is incredible since the temperature was well over 90 degrees. I called Premier to set up a preventative maintenance appointment. They were flexible with when I wanted to schedule. Day of, they called 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. Since this was my first appointment with them, they went over my systems thoroughly and let me know what they did in terms of maintenance and the items that needed replaced.
