We can’t say enough good things about the crew that installed our new heating system last week. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. Considering the scope of the work involved, they were surprisingly unobtrusive and quiet. We would recommend them to anyone considering a heating system installation. Donovan was very friendly and easy to work with. He did a thorough job of checking everything and communicating what needs to be done and what he was doing. Very pleased with the service.
Lucas came out to service our system, adjusted our internal settings and added a surge protector to the fan motor. Everything is working great! He was informative and didn't talk down to us. What a breath of fresh air in this day when it seems so many do the least amount to get by. I would recommend him highly!
Tanner and his coworker provided excellent customer service! They called to let us know when they would arrive at our house. They were very polite and informative while they worked. They were sure to wear shoe covers and took time to answer questions. Afterward they reviewed the paperwork and scheduled the next maintenance appointment. It was a pleasure having them in our home and we hope they will be available for our future service needs!
We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service, routine and emergency. This year marked the second winter emergency HVAC issue over the last few years. Every person we interacted with from start to finish on the Premier team was kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting us serviced as soon as possible.
