We can’t say enough good things about the crew that installed our new heating system last week. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. Considering the scope of the work involved, they were surprisingly unobtrusive and quiet. We would recommend them to anyone considering a heating system installation. We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service, routine and emergency. This year marked the second winter emergency HVAC issue over the last few years. Every person we interacted with from start to finish on the Premier team was kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting us serviced as soon as possible. Recently had a mini split unit installed. Mike came to the house for an estimate and thoroughly explained my options in an understandable way. The install was scheduled within a week! Logan and Ben arrived on time, were respectful of the property, and did an amazing job with the install! Logan explained everything to me after the install was complete. Purchase includes some rebates where I can recover a portion of the cost. Very happy with my decision to get this mini split and very happy with Premier HVAC!

Had an excellent experience. Swade was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful rep! He made sure I understood my options and worked with my schedule to meet and discuss. The install went super smoothly and Logan explained everything they were doing in a simple to understand manner (I ask a lot of questions). The new ac/heat pump unit works better than I imagined. Very happy.

Donovan came to our home to check on an unusual vibration type noise associated, we felt, with our heat pump. We didn't know where it was originating from so he had a puzzle to solve. He was very thorough in trying to find the source and ultimately figured it out. He explained everything in a way we could understand. We were impressed with his knowledge of our system. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time and was more than helpful and very friendly. Thanks Donovan!
