Recently had a mini split unit installed. Mike came to the house for an estimate and thoroughly explained my options in an understandable way. The install was scheduled within a week! Logan and Ben arrived on time, were respectful of the property, and did an amazing job with the install! Logan explained everything to me after the install was complete. Purchase includes some rebates where I can recover a portion of the cost. Very happy with my decision to get this mini split and very happy with Premier HVAC!

They were prompt to arrive during the arrival window. They laid down drop cloths to protect the floors. They were very respectful and knowledgeable about the system. They explained the process in terms we could easily understand. They were communicative throughout the day of work and completed the work quicker than expected.

Great service from the service tech reps and office personnel. All of the employees we have been in contact with are friendly, respectful and knowledgeable of their job. Alex came today, cleaned our split unit, showed me the dirt he got rid of and I'm ashamed to say we were only cleaning the filters. He cleaned the entire unit! We definitely will be breathing clean air. We have a contract with them to service all our units twice a year! So convenient that we don't have to remember to schedule upkeep maintenance. We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They installed a beautiful new heating and air conditioning unit, met our time frame perfectly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. After having several companies come out for estimates, choosing them was by far the smartest decision we made. Highly recommend!

Excellent service all the way around. From the estimate that was very thorough, to Matt coming out to discuss all our available options. Even on the installation day the team was fantastic. When everything was done they spent plenty of time taking us through all the new system the physical components and helping us set up the thermostat to our phones. The attitude and friendliness of all the team members is what makes great companies.
