Brandon and Logan from Premier HVAC came today May 29, 2026, to install a new Heat Pump system. They were very professional and showed up on time. They respected my residence by laying down floor protection. This was an all day installation. Not a cheap and fast installation. They ensured it was properly installed, tested both the heat and cooling system, walked me through the new thermostat operation and answered all my questions on each step of the install. Dawson was very thorough in going through all maintenance work required for our splits and hvac unit. He even pointed out in his report that the Daikin apps are now unable to control our thermostat from iPhones. This worked perfectly prior when I bought originally I NOW await some tech help with the Daikin app connection you guys offer please
Our tech Brady was on time, knew his trade very well, explained things so I could understand and gave us great options. He asked the right questions to get the answers he needed to assess the issue. It was resolved same day and also gave us a plan if anything else were to happen. Professional and easy to work with! Also, the company texted us ahead so we knew his name and what he looked before hand so that was very professional to begin with!
