Furnace was out and couldn’t figure out where the problem was. I gave Premier a call and they sent Ty out. Very cool guy. He took a look and just like magic it started. I definitely recommend Premier just based off of how informative Ty was. He explained everything just in the short period of time he was here.
Super professional and friendly. I made a phone call and within 48 hours, I had a brand new state of the art water heater.!! Amazing job team Premier! Jordan, Tristian and Austin were great to work with!!
Both techs were very professional and easy to communicate with. They took their time to review the new system and the paperwork. They cleaned up after the installation. I would recommend them for any installation.
From the minute Austin C introduced us to his installation team Branson T, Logan T, Dylan P and Kendal J, we were impressed! Not only did the installation of 2 new heat pumps and a new furnace go just as planned, the team was respectful of our house and property, wearing "booties" while in the house, and cleaning up all installation debris.
