Brandon and Logan from Premier HVAC came today May 29, 2026, to install a new Heat Pump system. They were very professional and showed up on time. They respected my residence by laying down floor protection. This was an all day installation. Not a cheap and fast installation. They ensured it was properly installed, tested both the heat and cooling system, walked me through the new thermostat operation and answered all my questions on each step of the install. The Premier team lives up to the name! We had them install a new system and all new duct work in our older home. The team was super efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew is well trained, works well together, and they were very respectful of our home. They even cleaned up after their work (sweeping, dusting things off, etc) each day. They kept us in the loop with each detail and answered all of our questions. The new unit works great and is super quiet. 10/10 recommend!
