We can’t say enough good things about the crew that installed our new heating system last week. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. Considering the scope of the work involved, they were surprisingly unobtrusive and quiet. We would recommend them to anyone considering a heating system installation. Lucas came out to service our system, adjusted our internal settings and added a surge protector to the fan motor. Everything is working great! He was informative and didn't talk down to us. What a breath of fresh air in this day when it seems so many do the least amount to get by. I would recommend him highly!
Recently had a mini split unit installed. Mike came to the house for an estimate and thoroughly explained my options in an understandable way. The install was scheduled within a week! Logan and Ben arrived on time, were respectful of the property, and did an amazing job with the install! Logan explained everything to me after the install was complete. Purchase includes some rebates where I can recover a portion of the cost. Very happy with my decision to get this mini split and very happy with Premier HVAC!
Donovan came to our home to check on an unusual vibration type noise associated, we felt, with our heat pump. We didn't know where it was originating from so he had a puzzle to solve. He was very thorough in trying to find the source and ultimately figured it out. He explained everything in a way we could understand. We were impressed with his knowledge of our system.
