Recently had a mini split unit installed. Mike came to the house for an estimate and thoroughly explained my options in an understandable way. The install was scheduled within a week! Logan and Ben arrived on time, were respectful of the property, and did an amazing job with the install! Logan explained everything to me after the install was complete. Purchase includes some rebates where I can recover a portion of the cost. Very happy with my decision to get this mini split and very happy with Premier HVAC!
They were prompt to arrive during the arrival window. They laid down drop cloths to protect the floors. They were very respectful and knowledgeable about the system. They explained the process in terms we could easily understand. They were communicative throughout the day of work and completed the work quicker than expected.

We are extremely happy with having a new heat pump installed. The install was clean and professionally done. Time was taken with going above what needed to be done, the small things, detail is what separates a mediocre business with a great business.
