The staff at Premier Dentistry in Novi are kind and appear to genuinely care about their patients. However, my wife and I had a disappointing experience during routine cleanings and crown procedures. Both of us endured unnecessary pain due to incomplete bite tests during the initial crown prep appointments. They were very professional very fast very good at what they do I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs
I’ve been here for years , but this time I wasn’t satisfied with my hygienist I don’t think she deep cleaned my teeth at all coz it was so quick like she cleaned my teeth less than 30 minutes. My previous hygienist really did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth for like 35-45 minutes. The front desk ladies and the doctor was nice and friendly.
Everyone was so professional and friendly. Thanks to Dr Lydia, Krissy, Bree and Nisha for making my very first visit to Premier Novi Dentistry a good experience.
The hygienist was really efficient and pleasant. She worked quickly and was thorough. I liked the dentist a lot. I had been a patient for 25 years of the prior dentist Dr. Iaquinta and the practice was transferred to her recently and she is very kind thorough and diligent. I was nervous about returning today with the new practice but was pleasantly surprised and had a great experience.
