I’ve been very pleased with Premier Pool Service. Amy is extremely prompt in answering questions or concerns and Beau is willing to explain things to me and answer any questions I have. Highly recommend them!!
2nd full year with our pool and the service after the installation has always been great, to me that says a lot.
We had our pool built last October, which led to limited activity due to seasonal changes. Premier Pool Service offered to open our pool early this year due to warmer than normal temperatures and we took full advantage of it. It was a seamless activity and required no effort from myself or the family. Between cleaning and chemicals from the Service team, all we had to do was let the heater do its job. Premier Des Moines has been great throughout, from install, to servicing, they always act in the best interest of us as the customer. Aaron and the service team have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure we’re taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them more!
