The entire project was a pleasure from the quote phase till completion, was excellent. We have zero complaints. Chad, Louis and Dora made the entire project go smoothly, even when we made some changes during construction. They use group texts to keep everyone in the loop and all questions/concerns were answered and addressed promptly. The level of communication was excellent, which is key on any project. Premier has been amazing. So great to work with, very responsive, helpful, and our pool is exactly what we wanted. The whole team went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly and as quickly as possible. Josh designed the pool specific for our home and to what we wanted. Dora communicated every step of the process and even made picking out the perfect tile, decking, and coping a much easier task with all her expertise. Wrapping up final stages of a pool remodel and love the results thus far. Premier Pools in Pearland have been great to work with - very responsive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for me. The remodel took approximately 4 weeks, exactly what was estimated. All the contractors showed up as scheduled, kept the job site clean, and were very professional to work with. Super happy this far and have a few steps to go to wrap up startup sequence.

Update: 8/7/2025... contacted Dora on some grout that had cracked on our coping. Response was quick and tile guy came out and repaired in a timely manner. It was great to know that warranty work was done just as fast and professional as when we built the pool. ***We are first time Pool owners. We received several quotes from other companies.
