First time pool owners and this has been a great experience thus far!! We are on the home stretch with plastering happening next week! I can’t believe the timing of how fast the pool has been developed. Our PM, Louis has been exceptional, ensuring work continues without significant delays! The entire team has been amazing! The entire project was a pleasure from the quote phase till completion, was excellent. We have zero complaints. Chad, Louis and Dora made the entire project go smoothly, even when we made some changes during construction. They use group texts to keep everyone in the loop and all questions/concerns were answered and addressed promptly. The level of communication was excellent, which is key on any project. Premier has been amazing. So great to work with, very responsive, helpful, and our pool is exactly what we wanted. The whole team went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly and as quickly as possible. Josh designed the pool specific for our home and to what we wanted.
