Premier has been amazing. So great to work with, very responsive, helpful, and our pool is exactly what we wanted. The whole team went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly and as quickly as possible. Josh designed the pool specific for our home and to what we wanted. Dora communicated every step of the process and even made picking out the perfect tile, decking, and coping a much easier task with all her expertise. Wrapping up final stages of a pool remodel and love the results thus far. Premier Pools in Pearland have been great to work with - very responsive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile for me. The remodel took approximately 4 weeks, exactly what was estimated. All the contractors showed up as scheduled, kept the job site clean, and were very professional to work with. Super happy this far and have a few steps to go to wrap up startup sequence.
Premier Pool & Spa has done an amazing job. A big thanks to Tim (Project Manager), Louis and Dora. Tim has done his job professionally and keeping the project on schedule. Tim has kept the customer up-to-date and communicate very clear to the customer. Tim is always on top of his project and solved problem very professionally. Also Louis has done a very clear and helpful lesson how to operate the systems. Thank you very much to the Premier Pool & Spa teams.
Premier Pools has done an outstanding job. Darrell, Loius, Dora, Cody, Tim and all their crews could not have done a better job. Today, Louis came out and replaced the fence they had removed at the start of construction. Darrell has kept the project moving rapidly and been instantly responsive for every call from us. Update: 8/7/2025... contacted Dora on some grout that had cracked on our coping. Response was quick and tile guy came out and repaired in a timely manner. It was great to know that warranty work was done just as fast and professional as when we built the pool. ***We are first time Pool owners. We received several quotes from other companies.
