Recommendedgreat experience and follow up always. We had our pool installed in the spring of 2017, everything was perfect. Vitaly also GC’d our entire back yard renovation. worth every dollar and we wouldn’t change a thing, we upgraded to salt a couple years ago and vitaly hooked it up right away!
I can’t even begin to tell you how terrible our experience was with Premier Pools. Do not use this company despite what they tell you, you WILL regret it! Keep scrolling through the reviews, and you will continue to see why. We aren’t the only ones. They will also tell you that we weren’t customers of theirs, but I have a picture of Vitaliy installing our shell with a forklift (see photos attached). Horrible experience. Started October 2021 and still not finished. Seeking legal help at this point. I can’t believe this company is still in business. Especially after reading all of the reviews. Pretty much sums up our entire experience.
This company is a total train wreck. Vitaliy, the owner, is a hothead and nearly impossible to work with. Rick the sales guy is well-meaning but through lack of attention caused a number of issues with our project. I could write pages about how bad this company messed up my pool install, caused massive property damage, and then made me fight them for months to get things square. We had one of the worst experiences with Vitaliy that I have ever had with a business. Our initial on-site meeting with him was good but when I later indicated that we couldn't afford a fully installed pool but would like to look at a DIY kit...he completely turned. His response was "no" and that he couldn't "babysit our job". I questioned him on his rude response and he said "it's simple and clear, I can refuse service to anyone".
