Advertise that they can deliver to commercial and residential locations, RV parks, camp grounds, Mobile home parks, food carts, and ANY locations they can fit their trucks into. After trying to make an appointment, they asked for my address and a picture of my tank fill valve. The representative got back with me thr next day and stated that their technician dosent have the fitting for my valve. Very poor customer service. I was doing business with them for 4 years did not need for a few months, price went up receptionist laughed at me and hung up when i asked her why she did not tell me. She said i should have asked i said you shoud have just told me she laughed and hung up. Will never recommend them or buy their propain again.
I have been a customer for the past two years. I have had nothing but extremely positive interactions with both customer service and technicians. I appreciate there business tremendously.
We waited a long time for Gas charging and we trusted them. And today they put Gas in every truck except our truck. Why did you do that? We have a gas tank behind us like all trucks and we have enough space for two people work. The gas worker left without charging the gas because he was unhappy like a child, even though we were there. We called them and they said they would come next week. We'll see if you guys really come next week. Our gas is only 30% left.
Todd, Mori, and the entire team at Premier Propane are great. They provide great customer service, and the drivers do a great job, with delivering propane during bad weather conditions. I highly recommend Premier Propane to anyone needing propane service to their home, or business. They all are awesome, work very hard to make customers happy.
