I was at premiere Radiology today . Great people that work here . Thank you Christine and Christina for taking care of me in the back. You two are so kind and caring . I felt in good hands. And Heather Adlock I have never experienced a person like you at any place . She is the first person you see and helps to check you in and admit you. Most people aren’t fans of getting Imaging done. But Heather Adcock at the front desk made all my appointments not only bearable but fun. She’s an incredible person and so competent, smart and polished. You’re lucky to have her as an employee! I own a small business and she’s exactly the type of employee I look for. She’s a treasure!
The care there is OK. I found some people to be competent and kind. Others I had some serious doubts about. However, the main reason for this review is to warn people to find alternative care because of their billing practices. I have never once had them get a billing claim correct. They have most recently charged me $1798 for a balance that should have been $0. They do not apply insurance discounts or payments correctly if at all. I will never go back to them again. Heather A. Was very pleasant as I checked into the Green Hills Premier Radiology for my mammography. The technician that took my x-rays was also very nice and comforting.
I had a mammogram at this location today, and Ashley was the best! She was so proficient, and truly made it a comfortable experience, if there is such a thing! Thank you, Ashley!
