The entire team was amazing here at the Lebanon location. They were friendly and attentive. Norma was my technician who took care of me and she was kind and very gentle. I am so grateful for the care that the team provided for me today. I had the same experience last year and I will definitely be back again!
As far as the staff at premier, they were great. I had a great experience. However....if you need your medical records they now use a 3rd party to request records (Healthmark Group). You have to create an account online and go through a whole process. 9 days later, I still do not have my medical records from Premier. I ended up going to my doctor to get records because Premier's 3rd party agency still has the request pending 9 days later...and you can't reach the people at the Premier location. The front entry glass doors are dirty, not a very good first impression. In the lobby, the moulding has fallen off and the glue makes the walls look dirty.
Don't even remember the service since it was so long ago but received a copay bill 10 months later. I always pay my copay at time of service.
