By far the rudest staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Mind you the only thing I was trying to do was schedule a CT scan for my husband. The lady (Debra) hung up on myself and BCBS while trying to schedule the appointment. The staff was not willing to help or answer any questions. Instead their answer was consistently to just cancel the appointment and call back later. I guess so they could hang up on me again. I had more than one conversation with them across multiple days and everyone was very disrespectful.... read more

This is for billing department at Premier Radiology please send me a paper bill, a very simple task. I called twice different days thinking I could have someone help me that spoke good English and understood English, Didn't happen. You can send me texts but not a paper bill it's a joke. WILL not pay bill on line under so many data breachs from Medical facilities. Please understand and make your billing for patients user friendly.

I had an MRI done here at the beginning of August 2025 and yesterday June 4th 2026, I received a bill saying that I owe them $1,600. I called them about it and they said the insurance (Medicare) rejected my claim. I called the insurance company and they told me that the bill was submitted incorrectly. I called the Premier back and they told me I need to call Medicare back and have them call Premier radiology. I shouldn't be the facilitator or middleman between the insurance company and the facility this is very unsatisfactor... read more

First off, this review is mainly for the billing department at Premier Radiology. It is a joke. If i could give less than one star I would. I talked to no less than 3 different people and they could not help me. I called back to the normal phone number for appointments and asked if there was anyone who i could speak to besides them and she said no. It seems to be outsourced and it is horrible!!!!

Let me just talk about MS VONDA ! What a beautiful sweet soul she is. I was extremely nervous, and she just assured me everything was gonna be fine. Her precious words comforted me.
