This place is terrible, i would not send or referred to anyone here.But my pcm referred me to these facility. They operate Saturday, but to their website show closed on Saturday, but then, I went yesterday which it was Saturday for my Mri Appointment and they charged me for $272.00 copay for a trailer operated Mri, the equipment shows was damaged having cracked and missing chip to equipment plus having system issue that unable to run properly. This is a review for the Belle Meade location. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly. I was early for my appointment but did not have to wait long. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names. The person checking me in was very friendly and helpful. The nurse who took me to the back was extremely nice and explained everything in detail. She answered my questions to my satisfaction and reassured me when I seemed nervous. The staff who did my procedure went over everything again and made me feel at ease. The procedure ... read more
From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front counter were very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal and there was only one paper to fill out, instead of an entire stack. The lady performing my MRI was very accommodating and comforting. She made sure I was comfortable and not anxious prior to starting and assured me it would not take very long. I just had my first MRI done by Andy. He was great, attentive and very professional. I also had a very nice front desk experience. I don't know why so many have had a bad experience but mine was excellent. Was in and out in 45min. Definitely 5 star for me.
Many thanks to Ashton and Jana for making the sign-in process not just easy....but enjoyable. Great Staff. My MRI Tech, Crystal was a treat. Hard to say she made it a fun procedure, but it was fast - to the point and she is just a joy to be around. The Madison location really worked for me. Thank you all
