If you have TRICARE, do not use them for an MRI referral. I had my referral and was trying to schedule with them for two months. They kept telling me I need the doctors orders. I had talked to my nurse and my doctor and called referral management multiple times and no one would schedule me. This place is terrible, i would not send or referred to anyone here.But my pcm referred me to these facility. They operate Saturday, but to their website show closed on Saturday, but then, I went yesterday which it was Saturday for my Mri Appointment and they charged me for $272.00 copay for a trailer operated Mri, the equipment shows was damaged having cracked and missing chip to equipment plus having system issue that unable to run properly. Have been waiting for this MRI for around five weeks now. Appointment at 0730 hours, told to arrive ten minutes early to fill out paperwork. No employee present, knock on front desk glass, nothing. Walk outside to the trailer where the MRI tech is, knock on door, informs me there’s an outage and they’re down with no way to contact patients (he was very courteous and kind). This is a review for the Belle Meade location. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly. I was early for my appointment but did not have to wait long. I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names. The person checking me in was very friendly and helpful. The nurse who took me to the back was extremely nice and explained everything in detail. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front counter were very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal and there was only one paper to fill out, instead of an entire stack. The lady performing my MRI was very accommodating and comforting. She made sure I was comfortable and not anxious prior to starting and assured me it would not take very long.
