Billing Nightmare!! My husband was charged $440 upfront for a service that actually only cost us $85 after insurance payment. We have called numerous times since receiving a bill in November 2025. To this date March 2026 we continue to be told that are payment doesn't show in the system and the proof of payment that we sent is under review. The payment has been under review since December and they keep giving us the run around. 2023 went to Premier Radiology for a scan! Before scheduling they called me at that time I ask how much my out of pocket would be because this was not an emergency situation but just for observation. The person told me my part would be 10.00. So upon arrival and ck in I paid the 10.00, nothing was said about a balance. 2 months later I get a bill for 225.00. I had a test done on 6/9/25 and they had me pay the remainder of my deductible at the time of the test (over $500). To date (8/12) they have not submitted the claim to my insurance and I've called 3 times to get this fixed. This is causing me to have to pay the $500 that insurance doesn't know has been met on my deductible again on new claims being submitted. It's a mess. I have used Premier many times in the past but will not be going back. Not sure if they are ever going to submit my claim!
