We have visited this location 3 times. Shana was so sweet and kind to my crabby 7yo with pneumonia and delicate and cheerful for me, talking me through and taking the butterflies away from my first mammogram. The reception desk is quick to check in.

My dad needed a lumbar spine Xray. We had the order in hand. When I called to schedule the X-rays the operator told me he did not need an appt. That is the only thing I was told. So we sent to Premier Radiology at 12:15. The lady at the front desk asked me if we had an appointment, and I replied that I was told he didn’t need an appointment and she said “yes you do”. While I don't know anyone who gets excited about having a mammogram, my experience at Premier Radiology on Nolensville Rd was the best I've had. From the friendly and efficient staff at the front desk to the amazing technician, Shana Johnson, the entire process was easy and comfortable. I had a mammogram with Shana Johnson at Premier Radiology in Lennox Village and couldn't have asked for a better experience. This is my second year having her as my mammo technologist. She is kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
