I traveled for two hours for the Upright MRI and it was worth it! Claustrophobia and anxiety were not an issue using the upright machine. The office staff were very efficient and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. The tech performing the MRI, Will, was wonderful. He noticed I was a bit anxious and offered me water while explaining the process. The test was easy and I actually dozed off a few times. I highly recommend this place!
I had an upright mri at this facility today. The staff are excellent and very caring. My MRI tech, Will, was extremely nice and very informative about what would take place. I am usually very claustrophobic and I had zero issues completely this scan. If you are claustrophobic or have anxiety about MRI’s then this is the place to go! I promise you that it will be easy! 10/10 for this facility!! Thanks again.
I took my grandfather for an upright MRI. He has cognitive issues, as well as physical impairment that requires the use of a walker. My grandfather had high anxiety about the procedure and so my grandma - who also has injuries and requires a walker - stayed in the room. The lab tech was instructed to make sure and get me before attempting to exit my grandfather from the room. This instruction was entirely ignored. I had an upright MRI with Will today. As a very claustrophobic person I was very nervous. Will made me feel at ease and made the entire visit a good experience. I would highly recommend Will and this office.
Judi and Will were so kind and wonderful! I felt extremely comfortable during the MRI. Will did a phenomenal job explaining the process and making me feel at ease. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment!
