I contacted Premier Restoration to handle a bathroom rebuild and carpet repair. It has been the best experience! Shannon, who managed preparing estimate and scheduling rebuild work, is delightful! Special thanks to her follow-up skills as well as the amazing workers - I was not able to meet all but Jordan and Cross rocked the experience making it seamless and efficient getting the rebuild to exceed my expectations - everyone so caring and efficient! 10 out of 10!

Found an area of concern in our master. Water was getting through an area of compromised seal of the windows. Same day appointment, walked me through the process, today is day one of the work but carpet padding was pulled up, baseboards, sheetrock and insulation removed and now the drying begins. So far pleased with the professional work. Giving 4 out of 5 because I feel the pricing is in the high side although I have not been given full estimate of completion. Premier Restoration and Construction are great!!! Its never fun when your house has to undergo a major repair from water damage. Connor, Cross, Edwin, Shannon, Christina, and all the other contractors and people that worked to bring our house back to better then new construction in our entryway. Highly recommend Premier!!! We can't thank them enough for fixing our home. There is a good reason that they are so highly rated!!!!

My tiny house rental caught on fire, firemen came, and thankfully no one was hurt. The tiny house, however was beyond a simple fix. The air was so thick with smoke & fire damage, I could only run in, holding my breath, then snap some pictures.
