We were very happy with the entire process and workmanship in getting our new roof. Nick Distad was our contact/salesperson and he made everything effortless regarding dealing with our insurance and walking us through all the steps. He was amazing. The installer team was also amazing. They were very patient as I had several dogs to take out multiple times during the day. The roof looks amazing and I was concerned with nails and my dogs. Melvyn was fantastic! He kept me apprised of the entire process! The work was completed timely and my new roof and gutters look amazing! I have never worked with an individual as knowledgeable and helpful as Melvyn! He has been so helpful in answering questions and helping me from start to finish! I highly recommend Melvyn and Premier Roofing for anyone needing a new roof!!!!
My roof suffered hail damage. The Customer Rep - Nick - was a pleasure to work with. There was an issue but it was resolved quite satisfactorily. The roofing crew was professional and efficient. When I thought they were going to lunch, they were actually finished. Clean-up was excellent - I found only one nail! Overall, this was a good experience and I would recommend Premier Roofing.
John Holton was very easy and helpful to work with. He explained everything to me and the timeframe. The new roof was put on within a week or so of the hail storm. It did take longer for the drain spouts, but no big deal, and it all worked out well. I would highly recommend Premier Roofing to friends, or anyone needing a new roof.
