Melvyn was fantastic! He kept me apprised of the entire process! The work was completed timely and my new roof and gutters look amazing! I have never worked with an individual as knowledgeable and helpful as Melvyn! He has been so helpful in answering questions and helping me from start to finish! I highly recommend Melvyn and Premier Roofing for anyone needing a new roof!!!!
Very good experience with Gavin and the roofing crew from start to finish. Gavin was polite and thorough in his efforts and even covered our broken light tube in inclement weather to avoid any further damage. Very happy with the quality and timeliness of the repairs. We very much appreciate the efforts during a trying time.
Working with Premier Roofing was a good experience from start to finish. John H worked with us through the entire project, always returning calls and texts and answering any questions we had. The roofing crew worked hard and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The roof looks good and we are happy with the job they did.
I can’t say enough about my experience with this company. They really hit the ground running all the way from the BSM Dustin Bachman, Field supervisor Jack Payette, along with the Deluxe installation crew! Overall great experience end to end. Marvyn was my primary contact and walked me through step by step. The only issue i have is the payment portal never reflected what I owed and closed out after I paid my deductible. Other than that I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
