So glad for the new management! My roof was replaced after a big hailstorm, and that went well. Any small issues were quickly taken care of. However, they had to use a different gutter provider as they were overwhelmed with work. The gutters had to be replaced. A few of the seams leaked in the new gutters and were relatively quickly sealed. After a big rain, 4 more seams leaked. I tried from October 2024 until April 2025 to get them to come out. No luck. I can’t say enough about my experience with this company. They really hit the ground running all the way from the BSM Dustin Bachman, Field supervisor Jack Payette, along with the Deluxe installation crew! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, efficiency, and overall work ethic. This company does not mess around. Amazing job by Premier Roofing Company to the top with their branch sales manager Dustin Bachman down to their roofing crew the day of our build. Hardest workers I’ve ever came across and our rep and supervisors were so easy to work with and we didn’t have to do anything other than enjoy our new roof after the storm. We got our roof done in one day they are really fast,friendly and understanding on what I wanted. The whole team was amazing!! I really love the color and how they matched the chimney color with the roof color. If anyone needs a roof done Derek Garrett from premier roofing and his team are the best!!
