I was hit by a hail storm. Enrique stopped by and offered to do a free estimate. He showed me photos of the damage that was found and worked with me and my insurance company to get the roof on my house and garage replaced in a timely manner (the actual replacement took less than 2 days). We were also able to upgrade from shingle to metal. Enrique and Justin were always excellent about answering all my questions. The cost was reasonable and I am very happy with the result.
Our family had a great experience working with this company. We were looking into repair work at a sewer vent with a leak around it, and Sean Barrett happened to knock on our door asking if we were interested in a complimentary inspection after a recent hail storm. Every phase of our roof and gutter/downspout replacement went very smooth and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Our salesman Jordan was terrific. Things went just as he explained they would and I could tell my insurance claims adjustor trusted Jordan's judgement. Our crew chief Colton ran a hard working skilled crew that had attention to detail. I highly recommend Premier roofing.
Great to do business with. Our area had 4 hail storms in 4 weeks and wrecked my roof. Premier took care of the paperwork with the insurance company. They were on-site to replace the roof within 2 weeks of signing the contract. The roof was replaced in 5 hours...the roofers did an excellent job. The city inspector was very pleased with the quality of work. Premier cleaned up the area after the work. Premier Roofing will be my first call if this ever happens again.
We were very satisfied with the process. Christian addressed our questions and concerns up front, more than once. The roofing materials arrived on time, and the scheduled work began just one day late due to another project taking longer than expected (no problem for us). The work crew was hardworking and finished the job in just one day. The roof looks very nice; we no longer have to worry about things like weather-caused water damage after the roof was evaluated and repaired. We would definitely hire Premier again.
