The place is very nice and clean highly reccommend very easy to setup online and very easy to access the building with no problem i will be using again if needed
Very clean facility. I really like that there are cameras everywhere for security. Move in process was super easy and simple. All staff members have been great answering any and all questions I've had
Great place to use if you want good service, great people. And save place to store your belongings. Very well maintained property. And are very mindful of the temp in the building to keep it at a good temperature.
Horrible service moving in and out. Moved in unit but someone else's stuff already there so lady tried to move me to unit next to original but somebody took that unit online while she was doing paperwork so another half hour later I'm finally given new unit (this took a week of continually calling them to finally respond to me). Now that I'm closing unit they refuse to reimburse prorate of not using the unit for 28 out of 31 days (manager on site told me they would so nobody communicated well with this group). The manager Aaron is awesome! Quick to help and quick to answer questions. The reason I took one star away is because the company itself (and nothing to do with Aaron) REQUIRES you to carry insurance on these units. If you don't provide a copy of your own insurance, they make you pay the $11.00 extra a month for theirs.
