Went up to make same day reservation at site, kiosk was down. No representative was available, but there was a lovely sign that said you could do it online. Because of this easy to access feature, I was able to make reservations and fill out all information effortlessly. It was quick service and it's available 24hours. I'd recommend using this storage place to anyone. Plus, they have deals on renting a space.
Look no further- I cannot recommend Premier Storage of Granville enough! Jared is a lifesaver and immediately came to help me after the key to my lock broke off inside it. He sawed off the broken lock and even went the extra mile to bring me a new working lock that night. You never know if something crazy like this might happen to you, but it’s a good feeling knowing that Premier Storage of Granville will come to the rescue in the freezing cold and late at night! 🙌🏼
