The facility is very well lit, clean, and well maintained. I have had no issues on that front. I will say, read your contract carefully and make sure you are on top of those payments because the fees can quickly snowball and you have to pay an arm and a leg in penalties but it’s clearly stated in the contract. Patricia was extremely helpful getting everything set up. Responses needed from customer service have been very quick (within an hour or two), the unit is cleaned and well-maintained. I am a new customer but am very pleased so far.
If you want a nice place to store your stuff, this will be the place to go.. I've been with them for 11 years, going on 12...I've paid faithfully every month. I have my mom's and dad's stuff in there. They are no longer with me. It's a really nice and clean place, to store your stuff. There is really nice people, working at Premiere Storage. Idk, what I will do without them. @ least I know, my stuff, will be taking care of, and I know noone will bother, my stuff. Thank You, Premier Storage.....❤️
