Jasmin was a very nice lady who helped me through the struggles of finding an affordable storage unit, she was very patient and made sure she got everything correct and was just overall a great experience talking with her
I got a unit in December of last year and my and lock was lose i called them had to leave a message went back a couple weeks later still wasn't fixed when I opened up the door the whole thing fell off so I called them again and got someone on the phone that you couldn't understand she told me I had to get a new unit and had to pay for the new unit and half of the payment on the unit that is broken i told her I wasn't doing that it wasn't my fault the lock fell off so a couple days later went back out there still not fixed so... read more
