First used Premier after a hailstorm which did major damage to our home. They were great to work with and coordinated all repairs. Their workers were great. This year we had a tree fall on our home following huge winds. I called Premier to get a recommendation for someone to fix our roof which had minor damage. Company representative lied to my face when I asked about a city permit to solicit and said he had been to city hall but didn't have it yet. When I called the city, they stated no such person had stopped. When I called the office to report him, both company representatives, one being the ************ owner, hung up on me when I caught them in shady manipulation. You can't fast talk an old salesman like me. With this type of attitude, you can guarantee that you will get the run around on a complaint as well.
