Igor Geshelin helped me out with my mortgage a few months ago. He was extremely efficient, easy to get a hold of, professional, and provided great service overall. He knew a rate hike was coming, and was able to secure a lower rate for me hours before it increased. We also had a very short Time period to waive/fulfil conditions due to the competitive market, and Igor was able to get my final firm approval in less than a full business day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker!
We were working with Tyler MacNeil and he is the best mortgage broker we ever met! And we tried to work with 2 another ones before, but he is definitely the best in Halifax area. He worked above the limits to get our mortgage approval, because the houses we were looking need renovations and it was always a red flag for the banks.
