My son really wanted carpet in his room but our vinyl flooring is new and I knew I could find something in a rug form to make everyone happy. This company provided a quality carpeted rug with great secure binding. The owner helped me get a pad to add some cushion and helped me load both items into my truck. Great price and customer service. Will be coming back if I ever need carpet or flooring. Lots of samples to choose from. Highly recommend.
Jack and his carpet installers did a great job. I had carpet installed in over half of my house, including stairs and four bedrooms. On the day of installation, they realize they were short some carpet. They went and got some carpet to hold us over until the correct carpet arrived. Jack was very easy to work with, and went over and above to make sure I was happy with my carpet. I would highly recommend Premium Carpet.
Premium Carpet & Tile replaced our old carpet in the living room with new. Jack was very helpful from start to finish. He was patient & explained the process very well. Jose Ortiz came to install the carpet on time as scheduled. He did a great job & cleaned/ Vacuum after the work is done. We are very happy with the choice of Carpet, Quality & installation. Great customer service. I highly recommend Premium Carpet & tile & will refer to family & friends.
Jack supplied me with excellent vinyl plank in a beautiful hardwood pattern. He helped introduce me to an installer who got my full guest bedroom completed in one day! The flooring holds up so well against pet scratches or denting from furniture. I can’t wait to get the other rooms in my home redone.
I recently went through premium carpet and tile I could not ask for a better experience. Jack had tore out all my old carpeting and put in tile. He was kind and professional and really took his time to communicate everything with me and was on time to the T when he said he be there. I highly recommend!
