Manny del Valle really did a a great job helping me identify and purchase an investment property. There were a number of hurdles to overcome on the seller's side, and Manny stuck with it and managed to work through all the details. After closing, Manny also made a donation to a charity that helps those dealing with ALS, which is impacting a very good friend of mine. He did a great job managing my buying experience. House hunting was a bit overwhelming, but as far as Amy knowing the area really well it certainly made it more enjoyable to see all the houses we were interested in.
Our realtor, James Day, is amazing. We spoke to James in late April requesting that he show us rental houses in Palm Bay. My wife, Kristie arrived in Palm Bay in early May to look at any rentals that were available. He told her that while we had the option to get a rental, it may not be in our best interest to do so.
