Staff is rude,. They treat you as if you were a bother. Trying to reach a patient is impossible. They leave you on hold till voice mail comes on. It takes at least 2 weeks to reach your loved one by phone. It's just absurd. And if you try to report to the administration they do nothing about it. Just tell you the nursing staff is pretty busy caring for patients. If that was the case why does it take more than 30 mins for anyone to respond to a nursing call from patients! The staff is rude. Not all patients are treated equally. Trying to call and reach a patient is ridiculous. Always getting voice mail or some excuse for not being put through. Sometimes taking WEEKS at a time before reaching patient. Nurses act like it's not their responsibility to give a patient a call or to let them know you're trying to reach them. They hold back on some to retaliate if they feel your behaviour isn't what they seem "good behaviour". I wouldn't send my dog to this place. Don't send your loved one here. They... read more
