I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Katelyn Merino. Without any prior discussion, I was sent a listing agreement for my home, despite the fact that the house was awarded to me in my divorce. Rather than reaching out to discuss the situation first, the realtor, who is a friend of my ex-wife, simply emailed me documents to sign as if the sale was already decided. Suzanne's honesty and candor were very clear from our first interactions. I knew immediately I could trust her with the sale of our home and that she would do all she could to ensure our interests were covered. She was ready to go out of the gate. When we said we were ready she had a photographer there and our property listed quickly. Probably the weirdest review I've had to leave. Apparently this company also does Christmas lights. I've been working with Leenah on getting some Christmas lights put up. I've been waiting for the second story lights to be out up at my house for a few weeks now. Christmas will come and go soon. I've been waiting for a refund which she promised. Not sure what the deal is but I can't recommend this company for Christmas lights.
