Excellent team! In two days not only was I diagnosed with two issues but both were resolved in 48 hours of initial appointment .. Staff were professional articulate and caring. If I had had one complaint they start way too early in the morning but that’s on me. I highly recommend the Doc and her crew. - N
Kelly was very helpful and patient with me, she went over all the details as it was my first visit. Dr. Monticello was very professional and kind and explained what she was doing to me, that was very reassuring. I didn't get her name (I should have asked) however there was someone a the front desk who explained the process for new patients and was so kind, awesome customer service and a beautiful smile, she is a fellow "southpaw" as well. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome, I'll see you in 3 months
Every professional, staff is very courteous, efficient and customer oriented. The doctor is very professional, kind and helpful. We really felt these people really care for our well being! I really feel good about their commitment and the care they give and their concern for your well-being!
Dr. Monticciolo has always been professional! She takes the time to make sure I am safe which I appreciate since my family history requires extra review. Her staff has always been polite and easy to work with which is nice. Recommend her highly!
I greatly recommend Prestige Dermatology. I had a very good experience and healing process. They did excellent work! (I had a ~1.5" cyst removed from my arm. Unfortunately it was under an old tattoo. They went above and beyond to align everything and it looks like there was almost no change to the tattoo! Healing was a breeze and aftercare follow ups were great and informative.) Very compassionate and caring.
