We built a pool with Prestige, complete with slide and hot tub. Overall the service was awesome, they've really paid attention to detail and will follow up with what they say they will. Everyone has been easy to chat with. We were initially very blown away during the initial purchase and design phase, they've done a good job about keep us as up to date as they can, and ***** our final startup manager has been amazing. We built with Prestige after an exhaustive search and receiving tons of quotes from other companies. The process was stressful but our designer and project manager communicated up front what to expect and helped ** all the way through. We had massive amounts of rain and then a giant cave in that resulted in the loss of electrical and plumbing. I thought there was going to be an issue getting it redone but Prestige handled it right away and we weren't even behind schedule. Highly recommend this company!
