PRESTO is Gem! I visited around 11:00ish The place was clean and inviting Coffee was A+. TACOs were on point. Fruits are fresh for your smoothies🥤!!! And PRESTO has better prices than spots closer to me. A Great morning Coffee ☕/Taco bowl-Taco 🌮 Lunch 🍽️ Burrito 🌯 Smoothie 🥤 - SPOT!!
I went into the store to order a sandwich and fries. After twenty minutes of waiting I went up to the cashier and asked if there was any update on my food. She stated that they never received the ticket for my order and how I should’ve came up and said something earlier. She told me to give her five minutes and she would make sure my order was done next. Food is great please just next time the person cooking on the grill shouldn’t be leaving the grill area with his gloves on touching food to go open the door bringing a chair from outside inside then back to the grill with same gloves throwing on raw meat to the grill. At least change gloves and wash hands! Other then that the food is good!
I ordered food over phone, went to pick up and found out can’t pay with card. I informed girl in the register, she seemed annoyed, tried few times and kept me waiting. I waited 20 minutes and walked out. No apology for wasting my lunch time. I work nearby and used to order from this place, never coming back. Your system may not work but attitude or effort could have been better.
