Renting this storage unit required 3 phone calls, a ton on paperwork all done thru a third party company in Houston. Called, filled all necessary requirements, showed up to access the unit I rented, only to find out that I can’t get in. Phone number 2 to start the process all over because my reservation was never processed and we got disconnected halfway thru.
