I have to give Rose a THANK YOU one more time. I called to inquire about a unit. But I had to go put money on my card yo pay for it. So Rose asked if I'd like her to call me back. We agreed on a time. When she called me back I wad at home with very very sketchy slow wifi. Rose was so very patient while my slow wifi loaded the paperwork etc. All in all she stayed on the phone with me for a whole hour... and in the end I was able to get everything taken care of and secured my Unit.
