Office is very efficient, friendly, and professional. Just a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Boutros is open to discussions of patient’s concerns and possible solutions. Nurse and phlebotomist are friendly and very competent. Appreciate the Maywood office and recommend them.
Dr Andrescu is kind, compassionate, professional , but what I like most is that she makes you feel at ease. She takes the time to listen inquire and then formulate a plan with the appropriate diagnostic tests and consults. She does not rush in an out of the room but take time to really see you. The office staff is professional, courteous and compassionate and goes above and beyond to accommodate patients.
Great experience with Dr. Boutros. He is patient as I described my symptoms, especially in relation to my thyroid. He ran all the necessary blood tests for me. He listened and asked questions. Overall, great doctor! He is personable and made jokes with my husband and kids. The staff were very polite. The nurse was also funny and sweet!
This is a wonderful clinic, everyone who works there is sweet and go out of their way to help you, but this review is particularly for Dr. Andreescu.... We were so fortunate to find her again as we had her many years ago. She is an outstanding doctor, she is so knowledgeable, and so understanding, it's incredible!
