He's the best. The staff is the best. Everyone takes such good care of me that I moved my dad to Boutros as well and my dad likes them and my dad doesn't like many people. They really care about our well-being and that's what you want in your PCP.
Dr Boutros, Ana and the rest of the Prevention Clinic staff were great during my last visit. The staff is warm and thorough. Every time I go, it truly is a great experience
Great experience with Dr. Boutros. He is patient as I described my symptoms, especially in relation to my thyroid. He ran all the necessary blood tests for me. He listened and asked questions. Overall, great doctor! He is personable and made jokes with my husband and kids. The staff were very polite. The nurse was also funny and sweet!
The office staff is very accommodating with answers to my questions and Dr. Boutros always gets back to me in a timely manor. Wonderful Dr. who listens and easy to talk with.
Dr Andrescu is kind, compassionate, professional , but what I like most is that she makes you feel at ease. She takes the time to listen inquire and then formulate a plan with the appropriate diagnostic tests and consults. She does not rush in an out of the room but take time to really see you. The office staff is professional, courteous and compassionate and goes above and beyond to accommodate patients.
