Devin is a man not afraid to do business on a promise and a handshake. He removed a broken concrete pad, leveled the site, and poured the new pad in one Business day. He was a bit off on the estimate, but that’s why they call it an estimate. I am considering him for another job.
Concrete work was never finished. He was supposed to return to cut in expansion joints and fix a drainage issue. He took our money and never returned. After quite a few attempts, I got tired of calling to see if they were going to come back to finish up. Cracked concrete speaks for itself. I've since had more concrete projects, just engaged another contractor. Devon talks a good talk, but didn't come through for us.
Devin was a life saver. Local concrete businesses in Pulaski County delayed and were no shows because of the difficult slope. Thank God for Devin, he not only completed the job quickly, but they did a quality job. Devin knows concrete. Found Devin Price on Facebook where he advertises his business. Told him I need work done sent pictures and he gave me a quote. I told him I’d like him to look at the job to be fair to him he insisted it can only add on $300. That was a great deal I said yes. He said he’d come out to see it a few days later didn’t show up. I contacted him he said his truck broke down on the way again with no contact. He showed up a week later and re-quoted me $600 more than the original quote.
