Dr. Rao is the full and complete package! Not only is she an incredibly knowledgeable physician she also has an incredible bedside manner. She’s thoughtful, thorough and unhurried in office visits and in phone consultations always listening with care and encouragement and answers. I trust her completely with all aspects of my healthcare. Dr. Shafai is truly the best. I’ve been seeing her for years, and now that she’s at Prima, the experience is even better. The office is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with - whether through the portal, phone, or text. Lyn is especially helpful in keeping everything running smoothly: scheduling appointments, coordinating communication, and making sure prescriptions and any other needs are handled quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Shafai and her team.
Excellent experience with Dr Rao's office. It starts with Lynn at the front desk. She is very helpful and does everything with a smile. The Tech, Wendy, was very polite and helpful in getting her responsibilities completed. Dr Rao took time to answer all my questions. She is extremely polite and professional. Unlike some less experienced doctors, she is very knowledgeable. This is so helpful and really puts me at ease. Excellent office practice.
We are so happy with Dr. Shafai. She has been amazing. She is a great doctor. And the Prima medicine concierge plan has made life so easy. Lyn is always there to help with whatever I need. Easy access for appointments. I can’t recommend Dr. Shafai enough. If you want an attentive & great doctor Dr. Shafai and Prima Concierge is the way to go.
I’ve been under Dr. Rao’s care for several years and have been extremely happy with the attention, patience & knowledge she brought to each appointment. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Shafai and am glad to note that she brought the same kind of service too! Highly recommend Prima Medicine for the whole family.
