This was my first time seeing Dr. Rao. She’s amazing! She’s very thorough, listens and has so much knowledge on everything. She’s recommended things that no other doctor has and takes the time to listen. Her staff is also amazing. I am so impressed!
Dr. Rao takes time with her patients to truly understand the factors impacting their health and their lives. She listens carefully and follows up appropriately, with interest in our stories. The office team is warm and welcoming. And, the atmosphere in the office is peaceful/calming.
I am very happy with Dr. Rao; she available on text/call and/or able to meet on a short notice. She is very attentive, spends time to understand the issue(s) and asks the right questions. What I like most is that she is proactive, thinking ahead based on your specific situation/condition and discuss all the available treatment options before jumping to any conclusions. I highly recommend Dr. Rao and Prime Concierge Care!!
Dr Rao is a wonderful, talented Dr who understands me and takes my concerns seriously. And Lynn is always friendly and helpful in the office.
