I recently had a wonderful visit with Dr. Avallone, and the experience was truly refreshing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The entire staff was incredibly kind and efficient. Dr. Avallone, in particular, listened attentively to all my concerns, taking time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Their compassionate approach and clear communication made me feel completely at ease and well-cared for.
I saw a Dr Liang (hope I spelled her name right). She was young, nice, and thorough. I wasn’t left with any confusion and all my needs were met. Also, everyone else there was nice and attentive, from the front desk woman (I believe her name was Debbie) to all the nurses. Definitely will continue my care with them! They made my day.
This was my first visit at Primary Care Cottman and the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all amazing. I believe that I made a wonderdul choice when choosing this facility as Dr. Avallone was warm and comforting and completely explained everyrhing in which I could understand about my health and medications. I give them 5 stars and would give higher if I could. If your looking for a PCP give them a try.
Recently diagnosed with neurodevelopmental, mood, and mental disorders I was very excited to connect with Dr. Avallone’s team for vital treatment. I appreciate all his efforts but from the very beginning it’s been roadblock after roadblock. It seems as though this office is reluctant and hesitant to truly help individuals like me. Not sure that you can find a better practice! Dr Avallone and his staff are so nice and professional! Saw him for the first time as a patient you would think I knew him forever! I felt so comfortable and I felt like I can trust that I found a great new family practice!
