I had a gynecological appointment, the staff failed to retrieve an item that was necessary for my procedure, which in turn made them cancel my appointment while I was already at the office checked in and waiting. The staff tried to reschedule me for only one other day which I couldn’t not make because of another appointment I had previously scheduled way beforehand. “This is a public service announcement” Mercy medical Association at Eastwick has the best staff “By far” they are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. A very special thanks goes out to the staff that hands out the vegetable containers every Thursday. My husband and me appreciate you.
The people is very nice & professional, the programs they provide helps my family a lot. Great place & a clean environment 5/5 would recommend.
Very long wait time.... appt time 2:30pm came in early at 2:15pm. I was not called in until 4:10pm and had to wait another 30 mins before I was seen by the Dr. Mind you when I showed up there was only 3 people ahead of me. Its my 2nd visit and the 1st visit was also the same.
I have been calling this place now for 3 days straight and i swear to god after a total of 4.5 hours of being on hold for these 3 days Im done trying to seek an appointment here. Lady comes on the phone and places me on hold again and again, Im assuming just so i can hang up? Saying “we are busy” but coming on the phone 3 times or more to place me on hold when you could’ve booked me a simple appointment by that time is horrible.
