Reception was easy and the kind person named Mary helped me thru checking in. Once I was called the MA Kay help with my vitals and was extremely helpful and pleasant.Dr. Loghman was attentive and very informed about my issues. He made me feel like I was very important and was very concerned about taking care of my health. All around this is where I'll go for my health care with the only exception being the Va.
It’s a shame because I love my doctor but the front desk and support staff are horrible. I called to schedule a colposcopy. They offered me a date and I accepted it. I called back immediately when I realized I would have my period that week. I told the scheduler I would like to change the date but she told me it wouldn’t be an issue and said she would ask the nurse to double check. I get endless messages reminding me to confirm my appointments and arrive 15mins early, yet both times I’ve been here the doctor was over a hour late. Don’t get me wrong Dr. Butler is thorough and listens when she FINALLY sees you, but my first visit I was her first appointment of the day and I waited a hour because she wasn’t even in yet, when I was taken back I waited another 15 minutes . My husband been going there for two years now! We usually see Dr. Butler! My husband was recently in the hospital and when we were called by the doctors office to have a follow up appointment because he was in the hospital! We had already had one scheduled with Dr. Butler, but it was far out and then we were told that Dr. Butler be leaving the practice no problem! So last week we scheduled with a new doctor! FINALLY... I find a Wonderful Doctor with perfect BEDSIDE MANNERS, which is SO lacking these days, and she's moving to a different office 😔 I really feel saddened by this, being 54,have moved to a new neighborhood, lifed got turned around a bit, but I trusted my Doctor!
