Rebecca Chen has been our family Dr for years. She is attentive, knowledgeable & genuinely cares for her patients. One of the best! Trisha, the medical assistant in the office is also awesome! She is friendly, caring & so nice to talk to.
Edit: very unprofessional place. The paperwork I received for bloodwork ordered was not completed, so after sitting at the lab for almost 2 hours, I could not get my blood work done. I'm still sitting here waiting for this incompetent office to fax the PROPER completed paperwork for me to get my blood work done. This "doctor's office" has been wasting my time and playing games with my health. 7 MONTHS I've been waiting and still could not get proper treatment. Worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office in my entire life. I will never go back there again. I keep hearing good things about Rebecca Chen and I tried scheduling with her 2 different times since JUNE OF 2025 they made me wait months, just to cancel on me the night before my scheduled appointment, which was so unprofessional (I missed a day of work for that appointment) and then they claimed that they weren't sure when Rebecca was coming back, so they scheduled me with a different provider (Sabina) in October , wh... read more
The woman that works at the front desk was extremely rude. Unnecessarily rude. Stay away from this place if you’re looking for good service. Dr. Chen is great, I wish she’d find another place to practice. Don’t waste your time.
