Absolute administrative nightmare, no efficiency, lack of urgency and professionalism. Wait time to speak to someone is 30 minutes minimum. They set me up for a physical and called the week of and cancelled it saying the Dr doesn't come in on that day. Then why did you schedule me? I need a referral and they send the wrong information. Now I need to be an admin and get the correct info and relay between offices, insurance and the hospital when that's what they are being paid to do. I am disappointed with the level of service I received during my recent interaction with the front desk staff. I was informed that my insurance PCP was not updated in the system, despite the fact that I was able to verify the correct information myself. Additionally, after being hung up on during the call, I phoned back only to be told that I could not be seen by other providers within the practice. I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to schedule an appointment. What happened to the good service from 3 years ago? This is crazy to read the other recent reviews. I guess it’s time to switch providers. Any suggestions anyone?
I have been here for maybe 2 years, only went once to get bloodwork done to get thyroid medication. I haven’t had an issue with anything up until now (my first refill of this medication). My pharmacist and I have called, no exaggeration, 7-8 times over a week span to have it refilled and not one person has called back let alone refilled it. I even spoke with a receptionist, she “took a message” as they were on lunch, and no one ever called back. Absolutely horrible service.
Medication written for the wrong dose by the PA. Multiple calls to get a lab script sent to quest they assured was digitally sent. PA shows low clinical analysis just seems to go along with what I say to get the next patient. Staff there was confused by the name of a blood test I requested to get a script for.
