Drs are great. I absolutely love Michelle Hall, so I don't want to leave. As for reception however, I've personally not had one positive experience. Any phone calls I've had to make with the office staff have been genuinely aggressive and hostile on their end; even something as simple as scheduling a sick visit.
I waited four months for an annual physical appointment. When I went to get the lab work done, the script was never sent.
Front office staff is the worst! Unprofessional and unprofessional unorganized. Waiting for them to call in a pre cert for a script ofr a month now. Should have taken 2 minutes. Woman at front desk are RUDE! Im switching dr....
Dr Margulies has been our Primary Physician for more than 40 years- he listens to us and always has helpful medical advice. He is an excellent diagnostician who we feel cares about us.
I came here for a signature. That’s it’. The woman with the white hair at the front desk was rude from the start. The whole interaction was terrible. I was greeted with attitude and she made me feel as if she would rather talk to anyone else but me. She asked for my information in a rude manner. The other receptionist looked over at our interaction as well. I felt disrespected and I will not be returning to this office.
