I’ve been coming there for so many years… and I feel that my health care requirements have always been met, and met with respect and professionalism. The front desk ladies have always been pleasant with me and that always helps! The assistants are pleasant and knowledgeable as well. The Doctors who have given me their care over the years have always been top notch with my care and concerns. I wouldn’t change my primary care team for anything.
First of all I was in and out. The nurse took very good care of me. I was in for a blood pressure check. And even though I know all about blood pressure at my age she took the time to explain a little bit more or just refresh my memory to make sure I was doing it right. Because we can all do things for so long and as time goes on we end up not doing what we're supposed to be doing.
Check in staff were polite and welcoming. Waiting room was calm and clean. Wait time was short. The doctor listened and was not dismissive. Kept the conversation light while also performing necessary assessment. All in all, a great office and practice to be a part of.
I have been coming to this practice for years. When Dr Langbein left I thought I would have to find another practice. His replacement Dr White is wonderful. He listens and hears your concerns. The staff is equally great.
First time here. Staff at reception were patient and kind. Very quick. Not much wait time AT ALL! Took me right back. Nurse was attentive and very friendly. Doctor Filonenko arrived very quickly and was very thorough and very friendly. Visit was so quick and I felt heard. From the time I arrived to the time I walked out, everything was quick and I felt very welcome. Not rushed. Place was warm, clean and inviting! Absolutely will be back!
