I see Michelle Merrell & she is great! I also brought my mom to her when she moved to OKC. Which means I have a lot of trust in her & think she’s one of the best. If she is out I feel confident in the other doctors & providers there too. It is very different than the kind of care you usually receive at a standard primary care office. I am super thankful for it.
I could not recommend this place more! The lady at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful. I see Michelle Merrell and she’s always been so understanding and comforting. I had an emergency on Friday and she asked me to come in before 11:30 (they close at 12) and they would work me in. They took such good care of me and I am very grateful.
I have loved seeing the providers at Primary Health Partners. I see Michelle Merrill for my hormone replacement and Dr Melinda Cail for my primary care. Communication through the app is quick and if I need an appt, I can usually get one that day or the next day. I highly recommend this practice.
Michelle is an incredible provider. I have struggled with some health issues for years and no physician has ever taken the time to figure out what was wrong. I expected the same out of Michelle but was pleasantly surprised. First appointment she listened to me and all my problems, asked questions, and made a plan. She treated me like an actual human being and made me feel heard. She ordered labs and started me on some medications. She has followed my progress since. I’ve been a patient at Primary Health Partners for 4 years now and I love and appreciate that every time I book an appointment I can get in the next day if not the same day. The quality of care I receive is amazing and Dr. Mike never rushes through our visit including allowing me time to ask all my questions. This is a great place for your health care needs and Mike is the absolute best and I highly recommend.
