Best home loan application process ever. Excellence at every level. Having found my dream house the day before, and just one hour after my initial call to Curtis Gerke, Branch Manager of Primary Residential Mortgage, I met Curtis to begin my loan application process. Curtis made our loan process easy! He is very thorough, and explains things well so we were able to truly understand what was going on and to make the decisions that were best for our situation. He was also easy to get ahold of if we had more questions and returned our calls promptly.
