Joe is a professional, kind, knowledgeable loan officer. Some members of the team were on vacation during the processing,and they did not pick of the slack . there were some communication issues that caused my loan to close late. These were simple error that could have been solved had communication been better. perhaps members of the team are too busy to handle the work load. my complaint is not with Joe, to be clear, it is with the whole team .
