If you want your loan to FAIL hire Primary Residential Mortgage and Ernie Menchaca. Ernie Menchaca is a pitiful loan originator. We are a full week past our closing date and Ernie stopped responding to calls two days ago. On the closing date we were waiting for the buyers to sign and were informed Ernie had not sent the buyer the required documents and we must wait an additional 3 days. Heidi and the PRMI team were a joy to work with. PRMI and Kim Buck are the best lenders I have ever worked with. Kim monitors the daily interest rates to get us the best rate. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend Kim Buck!

Wes Tischler was extremely helpful and always available during my entire home buying experience. I am very grateful that he was able to work around my own personal schedule even on his time off. He was very patient and educated me a lot and I recommend him to any first time home buyer.
