I called ahead to make sure there was somebody going to be there. I show up, they're only 2 Eastern European women who said nobody was there to help me. Even though the vehicles were open and there was a man who walked around and never talked to me once.. I drove a good distance to Find a specific vehicle when I get there. DONT BUY FROM THEM. If I could give 0 stars I would. We drove 12 hours in total for a PERFECT 21' Suburban. They gave us a power train warranty without even asking us.. and quickly removed the no warranty paper while signing paperwork On the way home. The engine light came on. Miss fires in the engine and transmission problems!!! Have had the vehicle a month and has been sitting at a dealership for 2 weeks! (4 weeks on Friday now!) I just want to thank the reviewers for stopping me from wasting my good money because I have had it planned all week to go out there and purchase a vehicle today. I would've given a bad company my hard earned money. You'd think out of hundred of negative reviews and the rating, they would get their act together. Car Guru almost got me.
Bad quality vehicle Found out vehicle was wrecked and transmission is acting up and it tried to call and talk to him when we had the vehicle for a month and they said vehicle as is wouldn’t let us trade in for nothing else. Still haven’t gave us the title. Petar was the one who helped me through everything. These people are awesome. I ended up buying a truck off of them and they gave me a free 6 month warranty on the engine and transmission. These vehicles are used and sold as is so they are not going to be perfect. It’s honestly the buyers job to check if the vehicle has problems or if parts are worn.
