I think the experience was okay. Although, I will say that at the beginning, due to the system issue with the reservation, it was not that great. Still, do appreciate the efforts done in order to revive our reservation despite the error and the efforts that were made despite the rough beginning. With that said, overall, I do think the experience has been good so far.
