Greg was super helpful! After looking at several different storage units he was able to find us one that was climate controlled, the right size, and within our budget with a promo rate that they had going on. Highly recommended Prime Storage!

I had rented a unit, which I have never done before. I wanted climate control, not knowing it was inside. Craig/Greg (sorry not sure of his name) in the office was able to switch me to an outside unit, and was able to get me the same price as the other one. I appreciate his help with everything that was going on (my family was getting antsy to waiting). I will recommend Prime.

Absolutely awesome company. Very friendly and professional customer service . Truly enjoyed the comfort and trust that was established for my family and I to leave our personal items. 5 stars simply isn't enough .

Their customer service is unbeatable! I recently left my lock key in my car that was totaled and they were able to help me get into my storage space again within minutes! I have been with Prime Storage for 2 years and this was just the most recent great service story as they have shown consistent great costumer care over the years!

Nick the GM was awesome and helped me choose the right size for what I needed. He was very accommodating and professional. The facilities were clean and well kept! Price was very competitive for the area and size I got. Will definitely be choosing this prime storage for all my storage needs. The gate hours have a good time frame as well!
